The Shanghai Huifeng Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 with registered capital 40 million RMB, and the company has been honored to award the names of “Pudong New Area's Advanced Economic Enterprises”, “Top 100 Enterprises of Tax Payment in Chongming”.
It has been a quarter of a century since our company started our business at Pudong New Area in 1993. In 2007 our company became a recipient of the state favorable policies and accepted Shanghai Chongming investment, then relocated registered address from Pudong New Area to Chongming. At the early stage of establishment, it was a state-owned enterprise mutual funded by Shanghai FuFeng Industrial corporation and Tong Zhou City shuiLi Construction and Installation Corporation. At that time, our company only obtained one basic building certification with registered capital 2 million RMB.
After 1998 to 1999 reorganization phase, in 2000 our company was formally approved by the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration, listing state-owned assets transactions, changing shareholders, and finally it transformed into a natural individual investment limited liability company – Shanghai Huifeng Construction and Installation Co., Ltd.
Throughout four times capital increased by share holders, the company’s registered capital went up to 40 million RBM . With outstanding project achievements, financial stability, and tax status, our company owns a large variety of construction machinery and equipments, fabs, branch companies, work sites and warehouses all over the country. There is a full range of licensed professionals in our company, such as architects, engineers, accountants, technicians etc across the entire group. Due to this, Shanghai Construction Committee has granted Shanghai Huifeng Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. 16 professional qualifications both construction quality and design quality as well.
Therefore, according to the country's qualification requirements, Huifeng company certified a building construction general contracting qualifications and architectural design qualified enterprises ,the engineering business scope is：
1.High-rise(sky-scraping)building engineering,
multi-stoyey(condominium)building projects, residential area group buildings engineering, steel construction, industrial plant engineering;
2.Urban road projects, elevated engineering, bridge construction, tunnel construction, public plaza projects;
3.General contracting for designing interior and exterior architectural decoration engineering.
(Including: enhanced architectural design and development, building landscape design and construction , soft decoration design and deployment, design and implement architectural window film insulation environmental projects, and any graphic designing and implementation of projects related to water, electricity, wind, gas, heating, telephone, television, satellite, network, intelligence monitoring.)

6.Building facility with automation systems engineering, security monitoring and alarm systems engineering, intelligent residential property management systems engineering , communications systems engineering, satellite TV systems engineering, garage management systems engineering, integrated wiring systems engineering, computer network systems engineering, video conferencing systems engineering, large screen display systems engineering, intelligent lighting, sound control systems engineering, fire alarm systems engineering, server control center engineering.
Based on the report submitted to the Inland Revenue Department, Finance Bureau, Bureau of Statistics, Trade and Industry Bureau (the reports issued by the state’s accounting, audit department) the output value of our company is about 200 million RBM annually, the state sales tax is paid around 7 million RMB / per year (not counting on sub-projects), 1650 ~ 2250 employees. There has been no deficits since the company established 25 years ago.
